We offer services in the field of European and International civil and commercial law, EU rules on the free movement of people and capital, industrial property rights, consumer protection, unfair competition law, employment law, contract law, personal data protection and environmental protection law.

For many years our office has successfully cooperated with the Austrian attorney at law office Grilc-Vouk-Škof and non-governmental organizations based in Brussels and regularly responds to questions and problems appearing in cross-border situations such as questions about doing business/offering services in another member state, social security coordination systems, online shopping and consumer protection, workers posted in another member state, acquiring permanent residence and other necessary licenses/permits for EU citizens or their EU or third country partner. We also regularly advise foreigners from other EU and third countries dealing with problems in their daily life in Slovenia.
